- Rebus udang di panci dgn air secukupnya, biarkan kaldunya keluar,.
- Smentara di kompor yg lain, tumis bumbu halus,masukan lengkuas, sereh, tumis hingga harum.
- Lalu masukan kaldu + udang yg telah d rebus td, masukan daun jeruk, aduk2 beri garam gula penyedap, perasan jeruk nipis, koreksi rasa.
