Tomyam Seafood step by step
- Kupas udang. Buat kaldu udang dari kulit dan kepala udang. Tumis dahulu kulit dan kepala udang lalu rebus dengan 700 ml air. Saring.
- Tumis bumbu halus dengan serai,jahe,lengkuas geprek. Tumis hingga matang.
- Tambahkan bumbu halus ke dalam kaldu udang yg sudah dibuat.
- Tambahkan gula dan garam. Tes rasa.
- Tambahkan isian seperti daging, udang,pakcoy,jamur enoki,olahan ikan.
