  2. Bersikan udang dan cumi kemudian beri perasan jeruk lemon, sisihkan.
  3. Didihkan air kaldu (jika air kurang dapat ditambah air biasa) masukkan batang serai, jahe, dan lengkuas kemudian masukkan daging.
  4. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum kemudian masukkan kedalam air kaldu.
  5. Masukkan udang, cumi, dan jamur merang.
  6. Masukkan daun jeruk, asam jawa, perasan jeruk lemon, & cabai rawit merah (cabai rawit bisa juga dihaluskan).
  7. Tambahkan garam, gula, minyak ikan, & penyedap.
