- Rendam udang dan cumi dengan air jeruk lemon 10 menit.
- Panaskan minyak goreng. Tumis bahan halus hingga wangi. Masukkan gula, garam, penyedap, dan air. Setalah mendidih masukkan cumi, udang, jamur. Masak 3 menit.
- Kemudian masukkan batang sereh, jahe, irisan tomat, dun kemangi, daun seledri. Masak 2 menit lalu matikan api. Tomy seafood siap hidangkan.
