- Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
- Masukkan bumbu tambahan, masak hingga bumbu layu dan harum.
- Tambahkan air, masak hingga air mendidih. Masukkan frozen food, udan dan cumi. Masak 5 menit,lalu tambahkan jamur.
