- Rebus Daging Sapi(rebus benar" matang),Udang dan cumi yg sudah dibersihkan (Sisa Kaldunya disaring jangan dibuang).
- Tumis Bumbu Halus 1 dan 2 tiriskan Sisa Minyaknya.
- Masukan Bumbu tumis tsb kedalam Kaldu seafood sebelumnya. Campurkan Sereh daun salam dan Lengkuas serta tambahkan bumbu instan tomyam..
