Tomyam step by step

  1. Potong2 bahan terlebih dahulu. Untuk udang bisa di kupas bisa tidak (kalo aku suka tdk dikupas krn lebih krenyes). Masak air hingga mendidih, lalu tambahkan cabe merah, cabe rawit daun jeruk, sereh geprek, bumbu jadi tomyam. Tunggu mendidih kembali.
  2. Setelah mendidih, masukkan udang. Aduk hingga udang berwarna merah matang. Lalu campurkan bahan bahan steamboat, jamur enoki. Incip rasa jika dirasa kurang bisa ditambahkan gula dan garam secukupnya.
  3. Rebus 5 - 10 menit, tambahkan pokcay, rebus dan tunggu 5 menit. Lalu tomyam siap di sajikan.
