  1. Prepare 2 ekor of cumi bangka ukuran sedang.
  2. You need 15 ekor of udang vaname ukuran sedang.
  3. Prepare 500 gr of aneka baso ikan (sy beli curah @6500/100gr).

  5. You need 1 bungkus of tofu / tahu sutra (saya kongkee).

Tomyum goong instructions

  1. Potong cumi sesuai selera dan bersihkan udang lalu beri sedikit jeruk nipis agak tidak amis.
  2. Cincang triple bawang dan sedikit cabe.
  3. Tumis triple bawang, bumbu instan, sereh, daun jeruk, cabe, cumi dan udang hingga matang lalu tambahkan air masak hingga mendidih.
  4. Masukkan aneka baso seafood, kecap ikan, saus tiram dan masukkan santan aduk terus perlahan lalu masak lagi hingga mendidih.
  5. Lalu masukkan pokcoy, jamur Enoki dan air perasan jeruk nipis dan test rasa.
  6. Setelah jamur dan pokcoy masuk sebaiknya jgn dimasak terlalu lama spy tetap segar. Masukan gula, garam, merica dan tahu..
  7. Tomyum Goong siap dihidangkan.
