  8. Saring air kaldu, buang smw cangkang udang dan kepala udang, sisakan setengah rempah rebusan di dalam air kaldu.
  9. Masukkan susu evaporasi(skip bila ingin kuah jernih), 1sdm kecap ikan, 3sdm chili paste, fish roll, garam dan masako. Masukkan cabe rawit iris bila ingin pedas (opt.) Didihkan selama 5 menit.
  10. Masukkan udang dan enoki, masak udang dan enoki hingga matang (sekitar 5 menit) kemudian matikan api.
