Sup Tom Yam step by step

  1. Tumis bumbu halus, serai,lengkuas,jahe, daun salam dan daun jeruk, hingga bumbu agak kering, tambahkan udang, tumis hingga aroma udangnya tercium.
  2. Tambahkan air asam jawa, perasan jeruk nipis, kecap ikan, kaldu jamur, garam, serta air tambahan, koreksi rasa, sesuaikan dengan selera asam, asin dan pedas.
