Tomyam instructions

  1. Bersihkan cumi, buang semua tinta, jika cumi ukuran besar, potong2, jika cumi ukuran kecil tidak perlu potong.
  2. Buang kepala dan kulit udang, cuci bersih.
  3. Haluskan keminting, terasi, cabe keriting, bawang putih sampai halus.
  4. Kemudian geprek kunyit, jahe, lengkuas, serai.
  5. Panaskan minyak, tumis semua bumbu halus dan geprek tadi, masukan daun jeruk yg sudah di remas2, tumis sampai wangi.
  6. Panaskan air dalam panci, masak sampai mendidih, masukan bumbu tumis tadi.
  7. Kemudian masukan cumi dan udang, masak -+ 3 menit.
  8. Masukan baby corn terlebih dahulu, kemudian wortel.
  9. Beri air asam jawa, kecap asin, garam, gula, penyedap rasa, air jeruk sambal.
  10. Kemudian masukan irisan cabe besar san cabe rawit.
  11. Terakhir masukan sayur sawi putih.
  12. Siap dihidangkan.
  13. Nb: kalo saya suka tomyam itu yg rasanya asam dan pedas, krn segar jd saya banyakin air jeruk ny dan cabe ny, klo bunda gak suka asam dan pedas, bisa di kurangi..
  14. Nb: masak ny jgn lama2 bun, nti cumi nya alot, dan sayur ny jd krg krenyes.
