Tom yum gong instructions

  1. Rebus air, masukan kulit dan kepala udang + tulang ayam. Masak dengan api kecil hingga kuah kaldu nya keluar, dan air menyusut.
  2. Bersihkan cumi, potong-potong kecil. Siapkan daging udang yg sudah dibersihkan, daging ayam fillet, dan daging sapi di potong dadu kecil-kecil, dan bakso dipotong menjadi 2 bagian.
  3. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, kemudian uleg hingga halus (jangan di blender).
  4. Blender cabai rawit merah dan cabai merah besar dengan sedikit minyak hingga halus.
  5. Masukan daging sapi, lengkuas, daun jeruk, serai kedalam air kaldu, masak dengan api kecil (simmering), masukan bawang putih yg sudah di uleg, dan cabai yang sudah di blender, bawang bombay, tambahkan perasan jeruk nipis / lemon.
  6. Tambahkan garam, gula, cabai bubuk, totole, minyak ikan, kecap asin (koreksi rasa), masukan daging ayam, cumi, udang dan bakso. Kemudian tambahkan daun bawang, sawi, jamur, tomat..
  7. Tom yum gong siap di hidangkan, tambahkan garnish dengan daun ketumbar.
