Steambot Tom Yum instructions

1. Tumis bumbu halus sampai mengeluarkan bau harum, masukkan daun bawang, serai, jahe, lengkuas dan tomat aduk sampai makin harum.
2. Masukkan perasan jeruk atau larutan asam jawa, saus tiram, merica bubuk, garam, gula dan kaldu jamur. Tunggu beberapa saat, kemudian tambahkan 500ml air. Tunggu sampai mendidih.
3. Masukkan udang, frozen food seafood, dan mie telur. Tunggu mie sampai setengah matang lebih, masukkan brokoli, jamur enoki dan pakcoy tunggu sebentar sampai matang.
