Tom Yam Goong instructions

  1. Siapkan semua bahan.
  2. Panaskan sedikit minyak goreng,tumis bumbu halus sampai harum lalu masukkan bumbu pelengkap kecuali rawit, jeruk nipis dan kecap ikan, aduk rata sampai harum.
  3. Masukkan jamur dan air kaldu, dan biarkan mendidih.
  4. Terakhir masukkan semua sisa bahan dan bumbu pelengkap, biarkan sampai mendidih lagi, test rasa, bila suka asam pedas nya pekat boleh tambahkan air jeruk dan rawit.
  5. Sajikan hangat,,,,hmm cocok buat cuaca hujan begini.
