  2. Untuk Aneka Seafood dan Sosis bisa sesuai selera (Beli Jadi biar gak ribet).
  3. Rebus Udang dan Jahe sampai mendidih dengan api kecil.
  4. Tumis Bumbu Halus dan masukan Bahan Tambahan seperti Daun Salam, Serai, Laos, Daun Jeruk sampai harum dan masukan ke Rebusan Udang tadi, masukan Gula Jawa, Bumbu Penyedap, Garam, Gula Jawa dan Pasir, Jeruk Nipis peres airnya saja (Koreksi Rasa).
  5. Masukan Semua aneka bakso seafood dan sosis, tofu.
