Home made tom yum soup instructions
- Pastikan semua bahan sudah bersih atau sudah di cuci terlebih dahulu, lalu Satukan bahan bumbu halus dan blender hingga halus.
- Lalu masukkan minyak goreng ke dalam wajan, panaskan dengan api kecil. Lalu masukkan bumbu halus, masukkan bahan bumbu geprek + daun jeruk tumis tumis hingga wangi.
- Lalu masukkan air secukupnya, tambahkan garam, gula, penyedap rasa (totole) dan jeruk nipis.
- Tunggu hingga kuah soup tom yum mendidih/matang.
- Sisihkan ampas bahan bumbu geprek, lalu masukkan sayuran,tofu, shrimp udang, bakso ke dalam kuah soup tom yum (tunggu hingga sayuran sedikit matang).
