  15. It's 2 lembar of Daun jeruk.
  16. It's of Bumbu halus.
  17. You need 3 siung of Bawang Putih.
  18. Prepare 5 siung of Bawang Merah.
  19. Prepare 5 buah of Cabe keriting.
  20. Prepare 2 buah of Cabe rawit.
  21. You need 3 butir of Kemiri.

Tom Yam instructions

  1. Rebus 2 gelas air.
  2. Cuci bersih cumi, taro di wadah bersih, masukkan perasan jeruk nipis & garam secukupnya.
  3. Masukkan air mendidih ke dalam wadah cumi, diamkan beberapa menit.
  4. Buang air rendaman cuminya.
  5. Ulek bumbu halus.
  6. Siapkan minyak goreng untuk menumis bumbu.
  7. Masukkan bumbu halus, sereh & jahe yg udah digeprek, dan daun jeruk, tumis sampai harum & matang.
  8. Siapkan air dlm panci (dikira2 aja, pengen sebayak apa).
  9. Rebus air sampe mendidih.
  10. Masukkan bumbu yg udah ditumis.
  11. Masukkan cumi & baso steamboat, tunggu sampai cumi empuk.
  12. Masukkan pakcoy yg udah dipisah per lembar daun, tunggu sampe pakcoy layu/matang.
  13. Tambahkan saus tomat, kecap/gula pasir, garam, dan penyedap rasa.
  14. Koreksi rasa dan tom yam siap dihidangkan.
