- Panaskan minyak, goreng bumbu halus utuh kemudian baru di haluskan.
- Tumis bumbu halus serta bumbu cemplung sampai harum tambahkan 1ltr air dan udang sampai mendidih.
- Kemudian bumbui garam, gula, merica dan kaldu jamur cek rasa.
- Masukkan seafood olahan, sosis, mie dan terakhir sayur an rebus sebentar saja.
